 We take care in our items that TLK KNS hand knits for you and we do ship out items as it appears in the pictures.   TLK Knit n Sew also provides washing instructions for your hand knitted items and therefore recommend washing per instructions for best results.   If shipping takes a little longer due to the amount of orders we receive we will email you with information on when you should receive your item. Custom orders will require sufficient amount of time to complete before shipping out the item.  

Payment   Please provide payment promptly at check out.   For custom orders we do require at least 50% of a down payment before TLK Knit n Sew begins to hand knit the item of choice for you.    Full payment for your item is always accepted and hand knitting will start ASAP depending on the volume of custom orders received.  

Shipping   For additional shipping information please see the shipping area.   We do ship worldwide.   

Refund and Exchange   I except refunds 7 days prior to receiving the item however there will be no returns on custom made orders and no returns on sale items.  

Additional Policies and FAQs   Custom orders will require sufficient amount of time to complete before shipping out the item.   If there is an item that you want in a different type of yarn or color, we can custom hand knit your order to your preference.     Please allow 5-10 days, depending on your selection of an hand knitted item, in order for us to ship out.   We are happy to work with you for custom orders so if you have any questions please feel free to email us and we will be more then happy to discuss your preference of a hand knitted item that you would prefer.
